These certifications, officially awarded by TUV Rheinland (a global leader in certification services) on July 23,2024, underscores our unwavering commitment to quality management and information security, further solidifying our commitment to our stakeholders and clients as a trusted partner.
The Journey to Certification
Achieving these certifications was no small feat. It required a company-wide effort, led by our dedicated management team, through culture change, putting rigidity in our processes and ensure compliance and adaption with internationally set standards. We implemented rigorous quality and security controls, conducted comprehensive training programs, and continuously monitored our systems with multiple internal pre-audit exercises to meet the stringent requirements of these certifications. EquiServe team’s success have went full circle, from initial enthusiasm and skepticism, to frustration and hardwork, and then willingness to assist each others challenges, and finally thrill of success.
Our management team, led by our President, Mr. Enrique “Jun” Yap III, alongside every Department Heads, especially the Integrated Management System team’s very own-Ms. Jessa Capuno-Palogod, worked tirelessly to integrate these standards into our daily operations. From initial planning to the final audit by TUV Rheinland, their leadership and commitment were instrumental in our success.
