A proud member of the Equicom Group, a Filipino conglomerate, Equicom Services, Inc.- EquiServe is a trusted business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. Established in 2011, out of the boom in BPO Services in the Philippines. With over 1,000 employees, EquiServe is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines and we operate across multiple locations, including Manila, Cebu, and Legazpi. We deliver end-to-end support in Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Back Office support services. We also offer flexible, cross-functional contact center services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our approach is driven by proven practices in benchmarking,  process improvement, workforce management, and strategic planning—enabling our clients to boost productivity, reduce costs, and focus on their core business.

Officially awarded with ISO Certifications by TUV Rheinland (a global leader in certification services) on July 23, 2024. EquiServe holds certifications in quality management and information security by successfully achieving ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (ISMS) certifications enterprise-wide, covering our four core strategic locations across the Philippines.

With over 40 years of combined leadership experience, we have successfully supported clients  across  various  industries  including  Telecommunications, Banking  and  Finance,  Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Founded

Birthed from the outsourcing wave. The company is formally incorporated and opens its first service desk.

2012
Operations

Launch of pioneer programs in Healthcare Customer Care, Telecom Collections, and Banking Loans Processing.

2013
VISMIN Branch

Satellite offices were established in Davao and Cebu to Support BCP sites for present and future lines

2014
Breakthrough Accounts & Stronger Cebu

Technical US accounts with 150+ combined headcount. ONET Cebu transferred to a new 100+ seat site,

Combination of Technology and Banking Experience

Pioneer FinTech Company in the Philippines partners with us for end-to-end loans processing.

2018
Specialize Work Technology Support

Establish Tele-Medicine (Voice & Video) to support biggest HMO provider in the Philippines. Starts to provide analytics & automation solutions.

2019
Legazpi City Expansion

Built strong presence in Bicol Region through establishment of full fledge Legazpi Branch with capacity to house 140 agents.

2020
Pandemic Ready

Became strong during the Pandemic as we expand our Tele-Medicine pool of MDs to 120+ organic employees, with capabilities to do both Voice and enhanced Video consultation to accommodate more on-demand consultation.

WE ARE EQUISERVE!

Relaunched as Equicom Services, Inc. Almost doubled its manpower footprint, with the union with its sister company-EITI. Exciting times for Equiserve as it starts its rebirth as the premier Shared Service provider of Equicom Group.

New Sites in Manila and Legazpi

Commitment to provide an optimized work environment that supports our people and service delivery. EquiServe Manila site relocated to a larger facility designed to accommodate our cross-functioning services and our Legazpi site transitioned to a more strategic commercial location, for enhanced accessibility and convenience for both our employees and clients.
