Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for
various projects, advertisements, and virtual/augmented reality applications. The 3D
Artist will work closely with designers, animators, and developers to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting.
- Work with a concept group(Sales, HR, etc. representatives ) translate ideas into visually appealing 3D assets.
- Animate characters and objects with a strong understanding of timing, weight, and motion.
- Implement and adjust materials, shaders, and textures for a realistic or stylized appearance.
- Maintain consistency in art style while adhering to technical constraints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creative process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D).
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
- Experience with texture painting and material creation using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with animation and rigging principles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for animation and a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong artistic and technical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
