OJT Developer Roles – Qualifications

1. Front-End Developer (OJT)

• Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related course
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with responsive web design
• Knowledge in Bootstrap/Tailwind (advantage)
• Exposure to React, Vue, or Angular (plus but not required)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Can work under supervision and meet deadlines

2. Back-End Developer (OJT)

• Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related course
• Basic knowledge of server-side programming (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, or Java)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
• Understanding of API development/integration (advantage)
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git (plus)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Can work under supervision and meet deadlines

3. UI/UX & Multimedia Designer (OJT)

• Currently enrolled in Multimedia Arts, IT, Graphic Design, or related course
• Basic skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to learn and meet deadlines under supervision

4. Database Developer (OJT)

• Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related course
• Basic knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server)
• Understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling
• Familiarity with database design and normalization
• Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes (advantage)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Can work under supervision and meet deadlines
